Nonpoint

Biography

Founded in 1997 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Nonpoint is led by the recognizable voice of Elias Soriano. The band belongs to the nu metal wave of the turn of the 2000s, with a punchy sound, groovy rhythms and catchy choruses. Their album Statement (2000) opened the doors to a wider audience, before Development (2002) carried that momentum forward. Nonpoint also drew attention with its energetic cover of Phil Collins' In the Air Tonight, featured on the soundtrack of a superhero film. Loyal to a relentless touring schedule and a tireless work ethic, they have released numerous records over the years and cultivate a particularly solid fan base.
