Messa ("mass" in Italian) is an Italian doom metal band founded in 2014. Messa was founded in 2014 by guitarist and bassist Marco Zanin and vocalist Sara Bianchin. Drummer Mistyr and guitarist Alberto Piccolo quickly joined the group. In less than a year, the band composed its first album, recorded almost entirely live, in one week.
