Biography

Zao is an American metalcore band, formed in the early 1990s, long identified with the Christian scene. With Where Blood and Fire Bring Rest (1998), it laid down a dark, raw and spiritual metalcore. Despite many line-up changes, it retains a cult status in the history of the genre.
