Underoath is a metalcore and post-hardcore band from Tampa, Florida, formed in the late 1990s. With They're Only Chasing Safety (2004) and Define the Great Line (2006), it combines intensity, atmospheres and dual vocals, meeting great success. The band is one of the most defining names of 2000s post-hardcore.
