Heaven Shall Burn is a German metalcore and melodic death band, formed in the mid-1990s in Thuringia. It combines extreme heaviness, death metal melodies and a marked antifascist and ecological political commitment, notably on Iconoclast. The band ranks among the most respected of European metalcore.
