Os Hatebreed são uma banda de hardcore metálico do Connecticut, formada em 1994 em torno do vocalista Jamey Jasta. Com Satisfaction Is the Death of Desire (1997), e depois Perseverance e The Rise of Brutality, popularizaram um hardcore pesado, martelado e agregador, de refrões entoados. Tornado um nome maior do metal extremo mainstream, pisa os maiores palcos do mundo.
